Ivan Barboza, CFA
PARTNER
Ivan has invested in equities through Ártica Long Term FIA since its inception in 2013. Ivan also has 12 years of investment banking experience at Ártica, with relevant experience in the technology, financial services, consumer goods, retail and energy sectors. Before founding Ártica, he was an Associate at Advisia Investimentos and a consultant at Booz & Company and Advisia OC&C.
Ivan is a CFA Charterholder since 2014, an investment fund manager registered with the CVM and a bachelor's degree in Physical Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar).
Raphael Castilho, CFA
PARTNER
Raphael has been managing Ártica Long Term FIA since its creation in 2013. In his career at Ártica, he has 6 years of experience in Investment Banking in the health, real estate, retail and mining sectors. Before joining Ártica, he worked with Equity Research at Banco BBM and Wealth Management at AC2 Investimentos.
Raphael is a CFA Charterholder and investment fund manager registered with CVM and ANBIMA. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA).
Matheus Rech, CFA
ASSOCIATED
Matheus joined the Asset Management team in 2020.
Previously, he worked in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse. AND CFA Charterholder and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP).
Bernardo Fusato, CFA
RISK, COMPLIANCE AND INVESTOR RELATIONS
Bernardo joined the Asset Management team in 2023.
Previously he worked in M&A, Wealth Management and was an executive in technology companies. He is a CFA Charterholder and has a degree in Administration from PUC Minas.
