Luiz Penno, co-founder of Ártica, has over 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and fundraising, advising clients in various sectors, including: Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, Real Estate, Agribusiness and Oil and Gas.

Before founding Ártica, he co-founded Advisia Investimentos and led M&A projects in the corporate finance department at McKinsey & Company, where he advised on transactions in Europe, the United States, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. He began his career in the M&A department at Banco Fator.
